Job Title After Sales Support Associate Essential 

Job Responsibilities 

• Plan & coordinate all Service Center activities & requirements. 

• Handling & processing service requests internally & externally. 

• Greet and welcome customers and handling their requests in a professional manner. 

• Processing customer orders, transactions including billing & deliveries. 

• Prepare proposals for customer inquiries. 

• Generate service sales leads. 

• Organizing & filing all documents related to the Service Center department. Education Bachelor's degree of related experience, preferably Engineer Location In any of the company Branches Experience 0 – 2 years, experience in customer service or sales is preferred General Skills • Clear & persuasive communication & speaking skills 

• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks 

• Organizational and leadership skills 

• Confident, enthusiastic & willing to learn 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

• Professional attitude and appearance Languages Good written and spoken English 

Employment Type Full Time Working Days Saturday – Thursday
